Who We Are
The Reflect Group is a privately owned, multi-sector real estate development and investment business with construction as its core business. We work collaboratively to identify the very best strategic development, investment and joint-venture opportunities for our business; across the commercial and residential real estate sectors. With in-house end-to-end expertise pertaining to acquisition, design, construction, asset management and disposal. This also helps our construction business to regularly deliver projects for third parties.
What We Do
Nationally we identify land and buildings that can be enhanced with planning permission, designed around the areas needs and the sites location. Our core operating areas are principally the south coast up to Bristol, along to London and then down to Brighton.
New Builds
Using traditional construction, steel, timber & concrete frames we help transform sites into new builds.
Refurbishment
Working on existing sites, to rebuild, upgrade and refurbish properties for commercial or residential uses.
Planning & Development
From inception to construction delivery we manage planning applications in order to maximise our development opportunities.
