Who We Are
The Reflect Group is a privately owned, multi-sector real estate
investment and development business based in Hampshire, with in-house end-to-end expertise, through acquisition, construction, asset management and disposal. We work collaboratively to identify the very best strategic development, investment and joint-venture opportunities for our business; across the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
What We Do
Nationally we identify land and buildings that can be enhanced with planning permission, designed around the areas needs and the sites location. Our core operating area is principally the central southern region of England.
New Builds & Refurbishment
Using traditional construction, steel, timber & concrete frames we transform sites into new builds.
Working on existing sites, to rebuild, upgrade and refurbish properties for commercial or residential uses.
Planning & Development
From inception to construction delivery we manage planning applications in order to maximise our development opportunities.
Investment
Long term we hold completed developments and actively asset manage these to be the custodians of the buildings we own.
