This site was a former public house, hence the evocative name. We transformed the rear garden into two pairs of semi-detached houses whilst the uppers of the main building were converted into two spacious apartments. We then worked to structurally alter the ground floor to provide space for a new commercial unit, which was pre let to Morrisons convenience store. Due to a change in Morrison's  commercial requirements, during the development it was decided to deliver apartments in this space instead.
