This site was previously an office and retail block which was demolished in order to deliver a nine storey new build development which comprised of 37 apartments, first floor gym and three commercial units. The steel frame construction was set on 18m piles, to balance out the amount of material procured from renewable resources, thus we ensured the external and internal wall were formed from FSC timber.

A mixture of glass, render and vitribond cladding (fire rated for buildings over 18m high) were used in the construction.

We then went onto successfully convert the first floor gym area which we retained to form two new apartments.
