We successfully obtained planning approval for this site in Tulse Hill, South London. This particular site was unique in the fact it was a former railway siding and was situated directly adjacent to the current station.

The challenges with planning approval ranged from procuring build agreements with the London Railways, bridge surveys, and producing a reduction in appearance and mass all whilst installing fourty two units, the maximum number.
